good source for perf board

I'm hoping someone can give me a source for small copper perf boards
I'l mooking for something for DIP IC's with.1 cebters and hopefully power
and ground rails etched on the board
The ones I remember using had power and ground goint top to botton between
the pin of .300 center chip patterns the .300 center patterns had two extra
holes tied together then the pattern repeats something like this
ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo
ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo
ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo
ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo
ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo
ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo
ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo ooo + - ooo
