I'm sorry. I guess I wasn't very clear. My mistake.
The input voltage is -24VDC. It will at times go to -12VDC during a
state change in the device. So, depending, it might be -24VCD
constantly for a long time, or it could fluctuate between -12V and -24V
every few seconds.
