Google for "h-bridge driver" and you'll find a zillion. Look at TI, IRF,
National, Zetex, just to name a few.

You might try posting a question on sci.electronics.components, asking for a
recommendation for an h-bridge driver IC and compatible MOSFETs that will
work in the 5-8V, 20A range, with switching frequency 50-100Hz.
