OK, but it's simply tooo painful, we won't use it. How about this,
group the relvant pages together, that's typically four to six pages
and put your header on only once. Since you STILL LOCK the files,
we can't even go grab the six pages and group them without your silly
front between *each page* - sheesh! Think of your customers, man!

And also, put up a full size of the cover.
