RF circuit design.



Hi to all.
I am trying to learn a bit of RF circuit design , mostly for interest
sake. I would like to model
some small signal amplifier circuits that I will be "designing" as it
were.
I have a model for the BFR93a small signal transistor.Will this give me
reasonable results
or will it be totally off the mark.I know that the physical
implimentation of the circuit is critical
to the circuit working at all , but at the moment I'm just looking at
the theroetical stuff.
Would the theoretical circuits model accurately with this model. ie
will impedance mismatches , gain etc be accurately modeled.
