Here we go again- come sit on my lap and let me show you how to read that apparently confusing grown-up stuff yet again:
The seriously under-trained Montgomery County HS personnel thought they were enforcing a *county* sexual harassment policy that forbids the "display of offensive or obscene printed or visual material." This policy is a perfectly legal regulation of the behavior of **county personnel** in the workplace, it has nothing to do with morality, and everything to do with protecting the rights and dignity of female county workers.
The factual elements of the Post article are that two Montgomery County Homeland Security Department enforcement personnel, acting on their own and without authority or official direction, displayed a serious ignorance of their job function and duties. This should raise questions about the kind of people being hired, the integrity of the training program, and the reasonableness of their certification process ** in Montgomery County, Maryland**. The interpretation stops there; unless of course, you are a worthless sensationalist like Washington Post "staff writer" Cameron W. Barr, idiot at large, making a living by trying to hawk crap on a gullible public, purely for commercial reasons.
