The real problem with people viewing porn on public computers is the
problems it creates with the computers.
I used a computer in a public library right after some guy looked at
porn on it and had trouble closing all the windows.
The librarian had to come over and reboot it.
That right there would be a legitimate reason to ban viewing porn
sites.

I expect that installing a pop-up blocker would work too.

What astonishes me is that ppl would actually view porn in public view.
