Re: Do super-red LEDs emit 'pleasing' light?

Hello Meindert,

As far as I remember, red leds have always been emitting at 660nm, with 1.6V
drop.

Most of the ones I have used were 635nm. I don't know why they call 660nm "super red". I know that 700nm used to be called "dark red".
