I always knew chocolate was good for you mainly because of a substance
called theobromine- just checked Google and my recollection of this word
is accurate from first reading in high school 100 years ago. But the
problem is the traditional manufacturers such as Hershey's are producing
some gelatinous goop with super high saturated fat and only chocolate
flavoring. So if you want the real stuff, you have to be prepared to pay
a lot more.
You certainly are correct, Hershey's is CRAP!
