Ben,
The logic goes like this.
1. The led should turn on when the switch is open.
2. The led should turn off immediately when the switch is closed.
3. The led should remain off when the switch stays closed for 2-3
minutes.
4. The led should come back on when the switch goes open after 3-x
minutes.
5. The led should turn off when the switch goes closed before the 2
minutes are up.
6. The led should remain off when the switch stays closed indefinitely.
7. The led should turn on (no magnet) and off (magnet) after 4 minutes.
I plan to use a bright white led. I will look for one with a 5 mA
forward current so that I can use the 2032 coin cells. I prefer the
compact size.
