Opinions on DAC/amp quality

Does anybody have an opinion on the quality of these chips? They come
from a digital audio workstation.

AKM AK4620A audio codec
JRC 4580 op amp

They are fairly ubiquitous as far as I can tell (well there's over a
dozen of them right here in this unit :), but I'm curious as to whether
they are remarkably good or remarkably crummy in any way. Any thoughts?
