Agreed. That "Alfred E. Neuman" laugh/facial-expression can really
mislead. In reality GWB is apparently one hell of a manager... he
ranked very high when he was Governor of Texas.

Consider that he learned to fly F-102 fighter jets;not an easy or simple
task.That includes air combat maneuvering and escape&evasion/survival
training.

Assuming that he actually showed up for any of that training.



You can be sure he would be in deep trouble for not showing up for that
training,regardless of who he is. Flight training is not something people
just "sign off on".
