Always existed. My 1969 Citroen got 50+ mpg, regular unleaded. No

When an automaker claims 45 mpg as a "breakthrough" I chuckle.

And it held 5 adult passengers and 4 full-size suitcases at 100MPH ??

Two questions:

1. Where in the USA is the speed limit 100MPH?

How about Montana (no daylight speed limit)?

Arizona used to be that way, then we got a pansy governor :-(

2. How often do you see SUVs carring more than one person, let alone
FIVE with suitcases? And driving 100MPH?

A friend's family (six kids, one in the oven).

That's why we drove to the recent wedding in California... it would
have been down-right painful to fly then rent a car.

I love to cook with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food.
