Respectfully disagree, I suspect the distance measurement is wrong.
During my college days I once worked in a wooden and brick building
with a 50 kilowatt 88 mhz war surplus welder. A ring of 4 power tubes
in a free running oscillator. The fellow upstairs had a bunch of women
welding plastic body bags under contract with it.. One quickly
learned NOT to carry any copper pipe close to 3 meters in length around
20-30 feet of that beast in any direction, up, down, or sideways.
Metal tables in that room sparked like mad at considerable distances.
I felt sorry for the women doing the job, none spoke english etc.
Easily possible at say 60 feet. 60 yards is a bit of a fib.
