Wrong. Bars with less than 100 seats are permitted to partition off a
designated smoking area. Larger places must be all non-smoking.

I'm waiting for this to happen in Germany. Fat chance with 2b/a tobacco
tax income and the world's largest cigarette-exporting industry.

Some California towns are now banning outdoor smoking. Horray!


And none of them seem to see just how insane that is.

I think it's wrong to use government (i.e., your) money to promote
what's demonstrably a religion.
