Smokers smoking out on the streets toss their cig butts,messing up
everywhere,and they also start fires.
And for those who claim that's only a "small minority",I say they're full
of crap.The small minority are the polite ones,who ask if it's a problem
before lighting up,who dispose of ALL their litter properly.


Public space IS the bus stop, the library, civic offices, bars and
restaurants that don't have separated air spaces.

There really is no such thing as "separated air spaces" in restaurants.
The smoke travels everywhere.Smokers cannot tell,but non-smokers can.
I can smell it when smokers come beck from smoking out on the patio,the
only place it's allowed.
Then you also get smokers smoking in the restrooms.
Sometimes they start fires in the trashcans.
