There simple isn't any. Because you can smell it, doesn't mean
it'll kill you.

I gather you have carefully reviewed dozens if not hundreds of high-profile
medical research projects? What are your qualifications to perform this
review? Bibliography, please.

Please show me where second-hand smoke is a killer no matter how
good the ventilation is. If you believe this crap, why don't you
simply not enter such a dangerous place? You _do_ have that
choice, just like you have the choice of not being offended.
