I'm in the suburbs of New York City, which last time I checked was still in the USA. The nearest Trader Joe's is in Connecticut--my wife sometimes goes there, now that the kids are big and she has more time on her hands. Unfortunately they don't have Two Buck Chuck on the East Coast.
