one supply = two supplies

Hello

is there a way to "split" one 12 volt DC supply in two different output
still of 12volt DC each?

That is, I have one +12VDC and GND. From this, I need two +12VDC/GND
outputs where if I measure the +12V of one output with the GND of the
other output (and viceversa) I do not get anything. Like if I had two
different supplies.

I need this because I have two devices (a home alarm system and a GSM
dialer) that are connected by a phone cable. If I use the same power
supply, the line of the GSM dialer is always in USE (pciked up), if I
use two different sources of power, everything works fine.

Since one of my customers has to use these two devices in is truck and
he needs to use the 12volts coming from the battery, the goal should be
to have two different output.

Is there any simple way to do it?

Thanks

.
