You don't know anything about me and shouldn't even be allowed to use the word "insight." Your so-called insight is faux.
We know you like to use artsy-fartsy words like "faux."
From thefreedictionary:Adj.1.faux - not genuine or real; being an imitation of the genuine article; "it isn't fake anything; it's real synthetic fur"; "faux pearls"; "false teeth"; "decorated with imitation palm leaves"; "a purse of simulated alligator hide"; John Larkin's use of "insight."
"Faux" is one of those great self-referential words.
John
Not for me it isn't, I picked it up from the construction trades such as faux slate made from concrete, faux folded tin (terne) roofs made from synthetics, faux marbling, faux this and faux that. I like the idea of modern and much longer lasting low maintenance, and in some cases less toxic, materials used to emulate or restore the grandeur/ornamentation of architectural periods past. Your post makes me think of faux, so shoot me:-)
