By comparison with some previous Presidents, Bush is a genius and the
epitome of sanity. Look up accounts of some of the pre-WWII presidents,

Give me some backup please. After Nixon that is a really strong assertion
to make.
Nixon was a twit. He was solely responsible for 5000 MORE deaths in
Vietnam than were needed, due to his disdain for "losing face".
He also devalued the gold standard, a move that will have economic
repercussions for the next century.
His most famous remark for me was:
"Don't confuse me with the facts."
