Bush is clearly the dumbest, most inarticulate president that I have
seen in my lifetime (at least 10 that I can remember). This is simple
truth.

Now, there is also the politics.
The BBC show (that was the thread context) really didn't center on Bush.
He was incidental in the gang of scumbags they talked about.

But most of what I had time to watch of the show was about how a whole
group of people who came into power in our US central government and
have ultimately made the strategic decisions that got us where we are.
Seems the real terrorist threat was just an occurrence that enabled them
to do what they already wanted before.
