Just about anything can be gimmicked, simulated, dissimulated for purposes
of hiding explosives/mechanisms ... it's time to ban anything, I think!

Yes, you can pour liquids into/out of newspapers. Therefore ...
Or we could just recruit 150,000,000 security agents and watch everybody
in the country 24/7...
That's close to the situation that existed in the GDR btw.
