Hello Tony,
My DSL modem (Westell Wirespeed) does not have an IP address :-(
A bit of Googling suggests that if your model did
have an IP address then the normal factory default
could be <http://192.168.1.1> .
In my case it timed out and the manual states that this modem does not have any IP address to access it :-(
