Now I need to do it right and get a clip that looks like this...

Anyone know what it's called and where to get it?
Thanks!

I love to cook with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food.
Jim,
You COULD use a Hitch Pin, if you need to remove and re-install it,
regularly.
Or, you could use a common Cotter Pin, with the open ends bent in
opposite directions around the shaft, after insertion. A cotter pin
should protrude much less beyond the shaft's diameter than a hitch pin.
And it should be much cheaper than a hitch pin.
Before it's installed, a cotter pin looks a lot like a hairpin. If you
have any long-enough hairpins handy, just use one of those. They even
have "no scratch" endcaps, and come in decorator colors.
