Given that it's midnight on an allegedly 4Mb link it looks *BAD*
Even so, it's worse than it looks because the data flow is intermittent.
The average of (1.1Mb/s or 806Kb/s) is achieved at 4Mb/s max data rate,
and this happens because data flow is halted for seconds at a time.
