Max472 for sale or alternative

I'm looking for a Max472 to measure the DC current from my PV system's
charge controller to the battery, but Dallas/Maxim doesn't produce them
anymore. Any idea where I can get one? Otherwise what would I use as
an alternative? They suggest the Max4071 or Max4072, but when I look
at the specs they look different.

My project is detailed in the latest Home Power magazine. It is an RE
data logger and the article was written by John Lyons in case you want
to look up the details.
