The polemic loses all credibility here, halfway into its first
sentence, for the war is by no means illegal. One might argue it's
unnecessary, unjust, ill-advised, misconceived, or being conducted poorly,
but it's certainly legal.

Do you have a URL where we could see the official declaration of war?
Like, the one the Congress would have had to have[1] made for this
invasion to be "legal"?
