You're just a disgruntled old fart with lots of time on his hands
watching the world racing by, leaving him behind, and not being able
to a damn thing about it.

And why should I need to do anything about it? It isn't my country that
is going to hell in a handbasket - a fact which you don't seem to have
noticed, so it becomes my neighbourly duty to point out that your
"democracy" is working no better Germany's did in early 1930's, even if
the basic problems are slightly different.

You don't even seem to be watching the world racing by - the
ever-increasing casualties in Irak, the ever-increasing assaults on
human right in the U.S. in the name of a war on terrorism which
couldn't be handled much more ineptly if your governemt was
de;iberately trying to generate even more terrorists to frighten you
into even more slavish compliance with their dim-witted program.

You can happily ignore my advice, for the moment. We can hope that your
rude awakeing is less rude that that of the inhabitants of New Orleans.
