The contraction for 'did not' is "didn't", where the space between
the words is omitted and the 'o' is replaced with an apostrophe.

also, contraction is generally used where a less formal tone is
desired, such as when you used "I've" instead of "I have."

If it's not political retribution you fear, why can't you just use
the words 'Nazi' and 'Hitler' without hiding behind dots?
