Graham, on one hand you are amazed at how the americans are and on the
other hand you think we can control them with some "give us a hug"
penal system. We have lots of guys (and girls) doing "triple life"
plus 99 years.

They are not ever getting out. Why not just kill them?

It would seem reasonable to offer 'them' that option at least.


Personally I think we should just give out drugs on the chow line
there and let them do themselves.
