Yes and you only have to do it once !
I've only ever had to install Windows once on any PC I've ever had.

Not me, no Sir, 'reinstall OS?', win98 several times before I no longer
cared, only use it for the Canon scanner driver and Epson DVD print
layout progs.
win98 is the last one I have from the Redmond bandits.
Balmer will have to make Vista free, and add free hardware for that DRM bloat
on top, before I even want to try.
