blade units generate in what sort of wind? What does it cost?

I'd be shocked if these things came within factor of 10 of making
economic sense. You'd do a lot better spending your money on building
efficiency.

The numbers matter here.

For sure! Our "new" (now here 12 years) house is so much better
insulated than the old one, that our energy costs are 1/3 of what they
were... and with 22% larger floor space.
