The only Muslim country with nukes is Pakistan, and its saving them for its nuke-armed Hindu neighbour.

Anyway, the only country threatening anyone else with nukes is a sort-of Christian country (although Jewish nuclear club member is another likely user). Even if Iran did make or buy nukes, they are not likely to use them unless the destruction of their country is already assured.
