Don't do it. If you've already got a speeding ticket in an Infinity just
imagine what that fine would have been in a Maserati.

There was a guy that went thru Yuma at around 150MPH (in a Maserati).

They couldn't catch him, so they road-blocked him at the "fruit-check"
in California.

He kept sending high-powered lawyers (from LA) to Yuma with every
delaying tactic in the books... driving my son-in-law, the prosecutor
nuts.

They finally succeeded in fining the guy $3K, but I don't think he
cared ;-)

In LA they have "banzai runners", guys who do the freeways late at
night at 160 MPH.

My previous PCB layout guy was a speed freak. He'd drive for hours to
find lonely roads upstate where he could drive his car at 150 or so.
In the city, he did it on motorcycles, so he was fairly often working
in a cast. I wonder if he's still alive.
