Jim, you need to report it to the source. In this case it is:
postmaster@xxxxxxxxx which is "Ohio Public Library InformationNetwork".
This means that someone was registered and logged in to post this
through Google Fotward the message, with the full headers:

In this case it is:

Path:
g2news2.google.com!postnews.google.com!f1g2000cwa.googlegroups.com!not-for-mail
From: "michael" <pet...@xxxxxxxxx>

The ninth line in this set of headers shows the source:
NNTP-Posting-Host: 66.213.10.5

You copy the IP address and paste it into the IPWHOIS Lookup/
Lists contact info for a domain/IP box at: http://www.dnsstuff.com/

This gives you: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/whois.ch?ip=66.213.10.5
which tells you who supplied the conection to the internet.
