Sure search for it under "phono oscillator" easy cheap works with AM
or FM depending on what you build.
I also came across a dirt simple magnetic field transmitter for music
during a search for something else (googledrift) can't find it now. A
little more "upscale" than what Ken Smith is advocating. Instead of
the carbon mike an audio amp drives a coil the size of the house.
Google "induction headphones".
Cheers!
Rich
Not much joy with "induction headphones" but "induction loop" works.
http://www.headwize.com/faqs.htm Has a representative receiver
schematic
Lot of hits associated with hearing aids, classrooms and language
translators, not much hard data like schematics.
Thing I came across earlier looked like it had a 60 HZ notch filter,
so I wonder about hum pickup.
