Looks like a site for the public to comment on patents.
Maybe...
Comments like "You ***..you stole my idea!" :)
Or....
You can ridicule patent 5443036: Using a laser pointer to
exercise your cat.
Geeeezz....

One of the lamest patents I know of.
Why would somebody patent that?
A friend did a version of that to exercise the cat. Stapped a laser
pointer to the ceiling fan with a bit if duct tape, and set it to low
speed. Kept the cat exercised for several minutes at a time, then it
would loose interest for maybe 30 minutes, then "rediscover" it.
My burmese cat loses interest in a laser pointer quite quickly. He
likes fetching things like a dog, so I can keep him running around by
throwing them whenever he brings them back, without too much energy
expenditure on my part.
