Right. Switch to chocolate in the afternoon.
I find that a lot of fatty food slows me down. We have pizza for lunch
here on Thursdays, and Thursday afternoon is not normally a very
productive time for me.
Sugar works as a stimulant, but only for a short time.
That's often all it takes.
I find that talking about a design to someone else will sometimes help
with bringing out ideas and solutions. I'm not sure why verbalizing
has this effect, but it works for me.
