I have not yet met an ISP who doesn't provide a web page for each of
their customers. Somewhere on their home page, they should have
instructions on how to reach it by FTP, and so on.

I'm not using mine, because I've already got so many. You might try
Tripod, or Lycos, or Geocities, which has come to be known as Geoshitties,
but I'm sure you get the point.
