Digging the hole and filling it up produces nothing of value. Building a house
however does provide an increase in value.
But only for John Edwards and his family and guests.
Not totally true, since he'll be, at least, paying property taxes,
which will be increasing the value of the entire community.
How is paying property tax productive? Money is just green pieces of
paper.
You need to look at the bigger picture.
