Sure, when it take two incomes just to pay the fucking scumtard
landlords, and SDGE.

Sad that my dada could raise a household of 7 on one menial,
non-union job, and I can barely stay above the waterline on a skilled
position at a gubmint job.

SDGE should have to give up half rate for the next ten years to pay
back the screwing they gave us, and are STILL giving us.

I hear anger.

They were in with Enron, and "found" to be "criminally negligent"
over two years ago.

I have yet to see any of the fuckers being charged.

Hell yes I want a rebate.

They make millions each month off of us consumers, and BILLIONS off
the industrial customers! They ain't shittin' this kid! No blinders on
this horse.

No wonder new businesses shy away from SoCal, and opt for AridZona,
and other locations with less water.

Businesses have even LEFT for this reason.
