No big deal but then I read the back of the pack.
Now, Europe's changed a lot and most of the former Eastern Bloc countries are
now part of the EU. Germany is back as one country etc.....
What I hadn't quite expected to see was a pizza with instructions on the back in
9 languages including *Russian*.

After much research and experimentation, I finally discovered that the
best pizza crust recipe is the simplest one I've ever found. I wrote-
up the procedure, assuming it would be executed by people who had
never cooked anything, before, and posted it at:

One (other) good thing about it is that it's relatively quick to make,
because the dough requires no rise-time. It can also be baked at
about 600 degF, if desired, and be done in five minutes or so.
