But what do I do if I have a 4MB mpg that I want to post, and neither
of my newsclients will do it because the file's too big?

IOW, I already know how to reconstitute what someone else has posted,
but how do I _MAKE_ a multipart post?

Heck, pan doesn't even have an "attach file" button that I can find;
knode tries to upload the file, and the next morning it says, "Couldn't
upload - file is too big."
