Anybody who
wants to change policy after the broad outline has been agreed has to
wait until the next review. You've got to be pretty fond of conspiracy
theories to find anything suspect in this.

I call it perverse. And I'm being kind.

Not kind, ignorant.

You call an objection to 'one-sidedness' ignorance?

You haven't produced any evidence of "one-sidedness" either.

You snipped it !

It wasn't evidence of "one-sidedness" - it was just evidence that the
IPCC couldn't satisfy a particular reviewer, who found it difficult to
accept that nobody could give him access to certain information that
was in the process of being published

The IPCC has clearly stated that it *will not* report any new evidence in its current report which
contradicts its pre-ordained conclusion.

It job is to produce a simple and coherent review, not to document
every last controversy.

I can point you to a site (that's run by a guy who's been a reviewer for the IPCC) where he provides
evidence that the IPCC has been to say the least 'unhelpful'.

http://www.climateaudit.org/?cat=23

So he has a bee in his bonnet about small temperature changes in the
last few hundred years. The temperature changes he is excited about
are simply too noisy and too localised to be much use to anybody, but
you can't tell that to a one-issue nutter.
