Pan gives you a plonking dialog box. There's a menu item, "Articles/Plonk
Author", that pops this up:

(Don't worry, I canceled the dialog; you're not plonked! ;-) )

But, interestingly, I haven't found any way to un-plonk anybody (not that
I'd want to) or even show me a list so I can get into the "I've plonked
more idiots than you've plonked" pissfest. ;-)
