The 'more to the story' is not relevant to the murder in question.

It is only not relevant to YOU, because the facts bare out the ignorance
or your position.

What I think you are trying to say but haven't actually done so is that this murder was
justified.

I do believe the circumstances were taken into consideration at his trial but I'm afraid
for Mr Martin were not considered to be sufficent defence.
