Guns are totaly safe without bullets.


Spoons are totally safe for your cardiovascular system without chocolate
fudge on the far end of them.

The big difference being that a gun is *designed* to kill, a spoon
isn't.

Removing guns wont stop deaths, but surely its gotta help somewhat.
