Index/Data pair would move to I/O location 1CF8h-1CFFh; a value of 2
would move the address to I/O location 2CF8h-2CFFh; etc. The initial
write to the Relocation register is done through the Index/Data
register at the default address.
An I/O mapping process is an alternative to the Index/Data register
pair to access the PCI Configuration registers. The I/O mapping
feature allows 256-byte configuration space of each PCI device to be
mapped to the I/O address Cx00h-CxFFh, where x represents the PCI
