And there is an epidemic of rectal cancer in gays, from CMV, something
that used to only cause uterine cancer.

Predominantly in the Third World, like Africa and the UK ;-)

It's a serious problem in the USA. Doctors are recommending regular
Pap smears for gay men. Of course, you can't surgically remove a colon
as easily as a uterus.
